You will discover, if your people can’t depend on your promises, your employees will not be there if you actually need them. Encourage any comments: Feedback should be a two way process. Human Resource management skills mean being open to all feedback. Being approachable and receptive shows that you want to hear your co-worker’s opinions, and they should value your thoughts. Promoting discourse in addition opens doors to creative problem solving, new methods of accomplishing goals, and develops the team. By giving the staff some input, the project will become important to every member.

Communication is fundamental: Your people management skills come down to the same thing – good communication. Be approachable, listen closely to other people, be open minded, and give each of your staff a chance to express their opinions. Staff must be inspired to talk to each other not just with you.
