Bryan Ellis’ thoughts on The Virtualization Of The Real Estate Industry

A newcomer to the world of investments in the notion of “Virtual Real Estate Investing“. What is meant by “Virtual Real Estate Investing” ranges from online games like SecondLife (where real profit can be made) to the use of internet technologies to make normal real estate investors more profitable.

To separate fact from fiction, I asked Bryan Ellis of BryanEllis.com for comments. He’s the man many consider to be the father of this new form of investing.

Ellis says he adopted the term “virtual real estate investing” sometime before Y2K after he realized that making money online is conceptually very similar to making money with physical real estate.

One example of the parallels between virtual and physical real estate Bryan Ellis cites is the similarity between the monetization of domain names versus physical property. “There’s a huge difference between a website and a piece of real estate, but the ways you can profit from them are similar: ‘flipping’, rental/leasing, advertising sales, etc…all of these apply to both markets” he states.

The parallels really are obvious. Consider: A valuable piece of real estate is valuable largely due to the interest that other people have in that specific location. Similarly, ownership of a desirable domain name is valuable for the same reasons. Regardless of the type of asset, you can sell or lease or use any number of strategies to turn the assets into cash.

In our next installment of this series on virtual real estate investing, Bryan Ellis will share the internet analogies to the physical concept of real estate development.

“Christmas is about giving” - SAYS WHO?

Who started that BIG LIE? Undoubtedly those with something to sell, the modern moneychangers! Look at the folks about you rushing like sheep to the slaughter, to the “sales” and such that they simply CANNOT AFFORD. Going into debt certainly isn’t biblical, so why not break free from the trance? The “Christmas” rush is a “drug” pushed by commercial pimps prostituting a supposedly Christian holiday for their ungodly profits! They hold hands around the cash register and sing, “What a friend we have in Jesus.”

The whole idea of giving gifts has gotten out of hand. First: it’s not Jesus’ birthday. Second: the wise men didn’t exchange gifts amongst each other but gave their gifts fit for a King to the King of the Jews (two years old and living in a house at that time - which is why Herod slaughtered the children two years and under trying to abort the Messiah’s ascension to David’s Throne).

If Christmas is supposed to be about Christ (and some sincerely believe it is, still in denial that it’s a pagan holiday God wants no part of), why let Santa steal the show? Why do folks pretend they care that Jesus was born when they deny His life the rest of the year? Why do folks get angry when you mention these facts and they’re not even religious? The herd doesn’t want their trance broken, so they’ll go broke keeping alive pagan festivals and foolishness that will be the death of many.

“Harmless” Christmas celebrations, abominations to God and rejected by Christ, are setting the stage for our worst nightmare: our family and friends are going to be shipped off like cattle, since our countries are prophesied to suffer national defeat and deportation due to such idolatrous ideas and tinsel traditions! WAKE UP!

Christmas is an ABOMINATION.

Green Acres (DVD) Review

A spin-off of the CBS program Petticoat Junction (1963), Green Acres surpassed its predecessor in audience popularity - spending four of its six seasons as a Top 20 Nielsen-rated program. Its family-friendly humor puts Green Acres in the same nostalgic category as shows like The Andy Griffith Show, back when TV sitcoms were all about humor and not as serious as they would later become with the introduction of 1970s stalwarts MASH and All In The Family. The brainchild of creator Jay Sommers, writer for shows such as The Adventures Of Ozzie & Harriet and Petticoat Junction (where Green Acres characters Sam, Doris, Fred, and Arnold make their first appearances), Green Acres’ unique brand of comedy lives on through a successful and ongoing syndication run, and its catchy theme song even captured the pop culture for a second time when Old Navy incorporated it into one of their trademark clothing commercials…

The Green Acres DVD features a number of hilarious episodes including the series premiere “Oliver Buys a Farm” in which New York attorney Oliver Douglas decides to live out his dream of living on a farm. So, without telling his wife, he quits the law firm of Felton, O’Connell, Clay, Blakely, Harmon, Dillion & Pasteur (whew!) in favor of a rundown tract of land in rural Hooterville. When his wife Lisa sees the farm, she goes ballistic… Other notable episodes from Season 1 include “You Can’t Plug in a 2 with a 6″ in which Oliver must continually remind Lisa never to use an appliance(s) that will push the generator over a 7 on the power scale, and “Lisa Bakes a Cake” in which Lisa decides to bake a cake and ends up with a twenty pound cake…

House Energy Correction, Horoscopes, Karma & Crystal Energy Fields - Part III

HOUSE ENERGY CORRECTION, HOROSCOPES, KARMA & CRYSTAL ENERGY FIELDS : PART III

House Energy Correction is the concept of controlling the 8 Directional Energies; 7 Chakras and 7 Energy Bodies of the People; Boosting and Balancing the 5 Elements of the Lands & Buildings. Simply stated, it is the Total Energy Rectification of Horoscopes of the Family Members and Business Partners; Vaastu and Fengshui Energy Correction for their Lands & Buildings. Read the revealing FAQs about unique Crystal Energy Fields based on the Ancient Siddha Programming Techniques for Karma Correction. This is the third and last of a series of 3 parts of FAQs.

Question 18 : Can you explain how you go about with your Diagnosis and Energy Correction, with a Case Study ?

Ofcourse. This particular client of mine is running a garment factory with successful exports to Europe. For 8 years the business flourished and he expanded. Suddenly everything changed. Some of his orders got cancelled and many of his exported consignments got rejected. He started facing some serious labour problems, his financial troubles grew and he faced a couple of litigations too. All this within a single year.

When he came to me, he was depressed and in high stress. He was attracting a negative energy beam from his North and his Mooladhara Chakra had atleast 3 cracks in it. His other lower Chakras were unbalanced. All his upper Chakras, especially his Ajna & Sahasrara were solidly clouded. His South West was opening up and his North East was closing down. So were his land and buildings too. During the subsequent Clairvoyant session, it was revealed to me that the client had been a victim of Black Magic through 3 objects placed in his factory and home. The client agreed and said that he had been told the same through “Prashannam” (a Clairvoyant Casting Method with Vedic Astrology approach) and “Arul Vakku” (Clairvoyant Oracle under Divine Trance). A Tantric had also removed the objects and performed some poojas, about 6 months ago. But he was still sinking. I checked up and found that the objects had indeed been removed, though the negative energy formation still remained in it’s place and was quite strong, as in most of such cases. This was the root cause of all his problems and the source had already contaminated his body and had started corrupting his mind.

After the diagnosis, it was revealed to me that energy flow had to be corrected for 6 of his 8 directions, apart from extensive Chakra Processing. The full solution was to create an 8 armed Crystal Energy Field with the Crystal shapes of Rahu or Vajra Phurba, Maha Meru & a Shri Yantra. The combined Crystal Energy of Snow Quartz, Lapis Lazouli, Red Jasper, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine, Orange Cornelian and Smokey Quartz with other invisible Sookshma Sakthis were needed. It would take a minimum of 4 weeks to build, program and energise the CEF, exclusively for the client, with some special high-end programming for the South West and North East. This particular concept is called Mayan Coloured Rahu Crystal Flame.

Today, after 8 months of the installation of CEF, the client’s problems are fully solved and the effects of black magic totally destroyed. He is now in an aggressive business mode and his growth line is climbing real fast. His problems are now solved, forever.

Question 19 : Who is the Guru who taught you these Energy Correction Techniques ?

I was and am being attuned, taught (these time-tested, ancient Siddha Programming Techniques) and guided by Cosmic Energy Beings whom some would also call as Devathas or Angels.

Question 20 : Why do you remedy only through a Crystal Energy Field ?

Of all the remedies the mankind had been using since the dawn of civilisation, Crystals have given the best possible results. Because they are concieved, grown and gifted by Mother Earth herself. And Mother always knows best - she knows what exactly we need. Crystals are of a wide range, numerous in their varieties, limitless in their applications and have extraordinary powers, and when properly programmed and networked, they are willing workers. Crystals are forever.

Question 21 : Can you explain more on how you create your Crystal Energy Fields ?

To harness the power of the crystals is no simple task. Despite their superior power, they need to be “readied” for their tasks. They need to be “treated” properly, systematically and need to be provided with logistics. Just like Computers. Computers have super power, but are useless without the relevant Software. Here the Crystals are Computers and I am the Programmer. I create custom “Software” for operating the Crystals.

It’s a long and meticulous process - right from diagonising the client’s problems, wish lists, anticipated troubles, it goes right through to judging the crystal power needed for that particular customer/problem, calculating the number of crystals, selecting the right crystal varieties, exact crystal shapes - just like choosing the right computer configuration - not only for the current needs but also for the future requirements.

The Crystals are then cleansed, awakened (if need be), energised (to last for a long time - so long that one may almost call them near-permanent) blessed (by powerful and divine angelic forces) and then finally activated. Now comes the most crucial and life-giving part, the programming itself. The energy pattern native to the Crystals as well as the reinforced energy matrix is fully dedicated to the cause and life of the client’s family/business - to solving the existing problems, to infuse positivity, boost growth and to protect when needed. This is the “crystal programming”. Then all the involved Crystals are intensely bound and “networked” (once again, like in computers), as in the case, with star attraction, that is the Energy Tower (which could be a Crystal Pyramid, Crystal Maha Meru or a Pancha Boodha Stupa) to be linked and maintained till the end. That completes the “software” part.

Thus my Crystal Energy Fields are not only problem-specific, but also are client-specific, thus highly result oriented - unlike those who sell readymade crystal grids, off the shelf. I do not offer to sell customised products, but build exact, perfect solutions that really work for a long, long time.

Question 22 : Can you list some of the important factors that make your Crystal Energy Fields so very successful ?

(1) Because they are specially designed for a specific purpose, customised for the client and totally focussed on their intent, unlike the readymade crystal energy grids.

(2) Because they are carefully and expertly created by meticulously synchronising the crystal laylines of 8 cardinal directions with sacred geometry and precisely linking them to an extraordinarily powerful cosmic crystal energy source.

(3) Because of their built-in programs, they continuously cleanse the negativity, flushout blockages and beam you 100% positive energy on a sustained basis, so that you remain positive at all the four planes : physical, astral, mental and spiritual.

(4) Because they are empowered to systematically cleanse, energise, balance and harmonise all the 7 vital energy centers called as Chakras of the human body, on a direct and continual basis.

(5) Because they automatically scan the land and the building/flat you are in, sense the sources of negativity there (including Vaastu or Feng Shui defects), generate additional positive energy to overcome the negative energy there and shield you from them.

(6) Because they automatically tune to the new living space that you have moved/shifted to and harmonise it as your current home.

(7) Because they are geared to generate enough positivity not only in and around you, but also to sufficiently ground you. Especially when you live in the 10th floor of a high rise building and are experiencing a disconnect with the earth.

(8) Because they are not only tuned to your Personal Karma alone, but are tuned to the Family Karma, hence more effective.

(9) Because they also envelop and accomodate the human energy fields of newly inducted family members (if provisions are given earlier), like a new daughter-in-law, a new born child, et cetra.

(10) Because they are flexible enough to meet, accept and challenge fresh problems in their stride, before solving them in the customer’s favour.

(11) Because the nature and power of our programming techniques are direct, stupendous, result giving and time-tested for thousands of years by Angels, Siddhas, Devathas, Celestial Light Beings and many other Higher Energy Forms, whatever name by which you call them.

(12) Because all the Horoscopes of the concerned people (family members and business partners of the present and future) are fully taken into account and complete Horoscope Rectification is done.

(13) Because all the Lands and Buildings of the client’s family (those presently owned and also those to be acquired in future) are totally taken into account and their Five Elements are always tuned and kept in balance.

The FAQs will be continued in future.

The Benefits of Open Source

If you are a building a website or a forum, chances are you are using a web editor or paying for message board services. The costs of using these “out of the box” products can add up, especially if you are trying to grow your business. Let’s look at some good “open source” options for you to consider. You may be surprised at how much money open source can save you.

What is open source? The webopedia describes it as follows:

Generically, open source refers to a program in which the source code is available to the general public for use and/or modification from its original design free of charge, i.e., open. Open source code is typically created as a collaborative effort in which programmers improve upon the code and share the changes within the community. Open source sprouted in the technological community as a response to proprietary software owned by corporations.

Not all open source programs are worth downloading, but there are a few that merit further attention, including:

1. PHP Originally called Personal Home Page, PHP is the backbone of many message boards. Yes, you can use proprietary software such as vBulletin, but you will pay a licensing fee and fees for updates. For one site, the cost may not be prohibitive, but if you run several sites your costs can easily become a significant part of your budget. Search the internet for a free PHP provider such as PHPBB2.

2. Web Templates Finding decent templates does not have to cost you dearly. There are sites offering some very well made templates that would cost you as much as $100 if purchased separately. Naturally, “everyone” downloads the copies, but you can modify it accordingly to give it your own look. The best ones are CSS derived and web standard compliant.

3. Web Browsers Internet Explorer isn’t the only name in town when talking about web browsers. Yes, they are dominant, but so many web savvy folks have tired of Microsoft’s dominance and are switching to Netscape, Firefox, Opera, and Safari to name a few.

4. Email Client Thunderbird is the name of another project developed by the people who brought to you Firefox. With Thunderbird you can send and receive email, stop SPAM, and add plugins to design the program the way you want it to look.

5. Office Software MS Office rules as WordPerfect barely hangs on. Still, there are options to these two productivity suites in the form of OpenOffice.org. A big freebie associated with this site is the *pdf maker, saving you lots of money over purchasing Adobe Acrobat. Certainly OpenOffice isn’t as snazzy as MS Office, but for the price — F-R-E-E — it is worth a look.

Are all open source products great? No, absolutely not. Some proprietary software developed by corporations are far superior and worth it to you if you do not have the time or inclination to make a move to open source. Still, open source provides a wonderful alternative to cash strapped and Microsoft weary web developers. In a day when corporations throw their considerable influence around, it is nice to see developers donating their talents to the worldwide web. Become a part of the growing open source movement today!

Don’t Take it for Granted

I originally wrote this in college, but it is still just as timely now.

You never know what you have until it’s gone.

I always believed in that. It seemed logical enough, and after thinking about it, I even found myself consciously cherishing moments I was spending with a friend or just doing something I enjoyed. Yet, I never fully realized just how deep the meaning of that one sentence really was. Until last September, that is.

September 29, 1989 is a day that I will always remember, although in a way, it is a day I really don’t want to remember. This was a day when all time stopped, and my heart and life shattered into a million pieces.

This was the day my mother died.

It wasn’t like we weren’t expecting it. She had cancer ever since I was a small child. It’s one of those things you know is inevitable, but you don’t really believe it will ever happen. Mothers are forever; they’re a constant part of our life, a part so constant and so close that we often take them for granted.

The reality is that they can disappear so incredibly fast. People we love can be here one day and gone forever the next.

It’s amazing how you change when something like this happens. All the pain, shock, sadness and utter loneliness you feel, no matter who you still have around. The pain doesn’t die out quickly, either. It’s the most persistent pain I’ve ever felt.

I keep waiting for it to go away, or at least subside, but as time goes on, it only seems to be getting worse. It’s such a mixture of different feelings and emotions that it’s almost impossible to explain. It’s not something I would wish on anyone.

My mother was my closest friend and the person I loved more than anyone else in the world, and I’m left now with only memories. If I could do back in time, I would, even if it were only to have one of those mother-daughter fights. You’d be surprised at the silly things you start to miss.

Mom did so many things for me that I never even noticed. Like punishing me and saying she was only doing it because she loved me. It never sinks in until so much later. Too much later. She touched an amazing number of lives with her strength and courage. She was one of the most beautiful spirits that ever touched upon this earth, and I can only hope to keep her spirit alive within myself for as long as I am here.

So the next time you’re sharing a sunset with someone you love, having a laugh with some friends, or even fighting with one of your parents, remember our lives are but a fleeting moment in time. They come and go so quickly. Live each day of your life to the fullest, as it it’s all going to end tomorrow. You have to live for what you have, live for now, grasp every second that you can.

Appreciate and love everything there is. Cherish every breath you take, every smile you share, and every tear that falls. These are the moments that pass without a single thought.

How to Become a Bodybuilding Champion - The Art of Isolation

To be a bodybuilding champion you have to understand kinesiology. It’s the study of how the body moves. To me, bodybuilding is more about body movement than weight lifting. It is more about feeling the muscle work through the minds eye than lifting a weight. The art of becoming a champion bodybuilder comes down to how you isolate one muscle from the other in your training regiment. In other words, work smarter not harder.

If you are NOT going to be judged on how much you could lift, why worry about it? It makes no sense to curl 90 pounds and cheat by using muscles other than your biceps to curl the weight. Why not stay true to form using 30 pounds and work the bicep in a more isolated fashion. This also keeps the joints and muscles healthier by not over stressing them.

To become a champion one must learn to work smarter than your competitors. There are some who have all the ingredients to be great, but allow their ego to dictate how much weight they lift and how they do it. Big mistake! In my experience, when you had the bio-mechanics down, the strength and shape of the muscles always follows close behind.

Here are some tips on mastering the Art of Isolation:

1. Visualize the muscle moving the weight in a full range of motion.

2. Use a hesitation principle and pause for a second at the mid-range of the movement.

3. Always stay in control of the weight. Never allow the weight to control you.

4. Study the way the bone moves and try to understand how the muscle moves the bone.

5. Always exercise larger muscle groups (back, chest, legs) before smaller ones with in your program.

6. Try not to squeeze the bars or accessories while performing the movement, this puts pressure on the bone and wastes useful energy.

The importance thing is, take your ego out of it, visualize and feel the muscle move. You may not move mountains with this technique but you will have a better chance of becoming king of the hill for one day.

Mobile Broadband will soon be the key to the Development of Internet Connections

Mobile broadband has been announced as the last discovery in the internet world which is the key to the development of internet. Up until recently, broadband was available only on a simple phone line, high speed cable, that links to a computer through an ADSL modem or router. Wireless broad band has become more and more spread, whereby the high speed connection is connected to the personal computer via a wireless intranet, and many people are cleaning their homes of cables. However mobile broad band is taking the internet technology one step further and offering another important step in the future of internet; a broadband connection pretty much in all the house without the need for a traditional landline cable.

The option of connecting with a fast high speed connection speed in all the house is surely an interesting concept to potential users, especially those people who generally go online with their laptops away from home. People who travel a lot for business are potential target for mobile broad-band because they will surely be interested the opportunity of not having to search for a WiFi hotspot for a decent internet connection. Mobile broadband goes further than that, and when prices begin to come down and internet speeds get faster we will soon experience the broadband potential users requesting a mobile high speed broadband.

Mobile high speed internet works by attaching a small modem to any modern PC terminal, also referred to as a ‘dongle’, from where a PC terminal will connect to whichever mobile broadband package the customers have signed up for. Internet providers are selling mobile ADSL deals and coverage of the networks, which is well known as three G networks, which is reported to be more than 90% of Great Britain.

Broad band speed is a key factor with any broadband connection and mobile high speed connection telecoms a few years ago struggled to market clients that their mobile high speed internet could perform as good as conventional, landline-based high speed internet. Connections are better, with Vodafone reporting mobile broad band lines as fast as nearly 8 mb, which is not that far from some of the landline internet connections. The majority of the countries, including the United Kingdom, are planning to put money in fibre optic cable networks, in an attempt to increase broad band speeds to up to 100 mb. In New Zealand, however, an important telecommunications provider has said that mobile high speed internet networks are set to develop rapidly in the next few years and they have said that mobile high speed connection could be delivering speeds of up to 100mb by end of 2011, the year the GB’s fibre optic network will be delivered. This could create a serious change in industry thinking, with the creation of an efficient super fast mobile broad-band network having obvious advantages over the laying of thousands of kilometres of fibre optic cables, not least from a practical point of view.

Why Go To Church - Want To Know 13 Reasons?

It’s not necessary to go to church in order to get
saved and therefore go to heaven, but going to
church still has very important benefits that can
help improve your life and keep it in order.

Below are 13 reasons why we should attend church
services on a regular basis.

1. Because it is an act of obedience to God and it
honors the Lord’s Day. Remember the Sabbath day, to
keep it holy (Ex. 20:8).

2. Because we need to belong to a community of faith
that includes our brothers and sisters in Christ who
are trying to live out the gospel just like we are.

3. Because we will benefit from being taught and led
in worship by others, rather than always depnding on
ourselves to read and study the bible.

4. Because we need regular reminders of our standing
in Christ, help in acknowledging and confessing our
sins, and teaching about God’s truth.

5. Because we need help in praying, tithing and
fasting.

6. Because we need help to face the issues of life and
faith as presented through the teachings of the Bible.

7. Because we need to hear how believers in the past
struggled, grew and lived out their faith from
different perspectives.

8. Because we need to hear about the experiences of
other contemporary believers.

9. Because we need to hear reminders of God’s love.

10. Because we need an alternative to the constant
messages of a culture that ignores God.

11. Because we need to experience artistic and
creative expressions of the faith, such as music,
praying, fasting and tithing.

12. Because believers need help to reflect on the past
week and see it as a small part of the journey of
life.

13. Because we need a conscious break from work,
family problems, and self interests in order to
concentrate on the Lord.

In brief summary, the strategies and shcemes of the
devil are well thought out and proven to work better
than the marketing strategies of rich corporations
like microsoft.

Therefore, we need other people we can count on to
help us make it threw tough times when they arise.

Our chances of finding people we can count on in
church are far better than finding someone we can
count on anywhere else in the world.

Plus, going up against these strategies with out
proper guidance will lead to unnecessary mistakes
being made on our part.

In conclusion, going to church while also doing our
own personal bible study at home on a regular basis
helps us to get confirmation of God’s message and what
He wants us to do with our lives.
